Notes
An Act establishing a company for constructing, maintaining and operating a pier at Deptford. The Act cites the Greenwich Railway Act in the preamble and it is believed that it was later proposed to link this with the Pier, although this was never carried out. The first schedule at the end lists the landing charges for passengers and a wide range of commodities arriving at the Pier. The second schedule is list of adjoining properties and their occupiers in the parish of Saint Nicholas which could presumably be affected by the construction of the Pier and its approach works.
