Project brief issued at the start of construction of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (also known as High Speed I, or HS1) from the Kent coast to London St Pancras, which was fully opened in 2007. It was carried out by Union Railways, a fully owned subsidiary of London and Continental Railways.
