FIRST EDITION 8vo. 9 x 6 inches, vii + 293 pp. Bound in the original blue cloth gilt, in the original dust wrapper which has the original price of 12 shillings printed on the spine and this copy has a neat publishers sticker attached saying 'Reduced to 5 shillings' and although the extremities a worn with slight loss to the head of the spine and one corner, the wrapper is in good condition. First edition of this classic account of Born's analysis and interpretation of Einstein's theory of relativity. Very scarce in the dust-wrapper, especially in good condition.
