Spine slightly sunned and some spotting of edges, but otherwise a very good copy. Illustrated by 6 plates, including frontispiece, 3 folding maps and plans (reproduced from other sources) and by text figures and chapter heading vignettes. New edition of the guide to Hythe town and church, locally published by the Kipps Bookshop and first published by it in 1931. Herbert Dixon Dale (d.1945) was Vicar of Hythe, 1899-1926. Illustrated by the watercolour artist. Alexander Henry Hallam Murray (1854-1934).
