Notes
A nice Victorian watercolour of the old Customs Quay Dover. A small sailing vessel is alongside the Quay, the buildings we look at seem to be inns and taverns. The work is by 'M.H.C' who seems to have been a fairly competent amateur painter. Of much interest for the detail of a small part of Dover of which there is now no trace.
